1“Account Manager” support in pricing plans. What it is and how it exactly work?
It is also email support, but it works as a direct line with someone instead of submitting a support request/ticket to general support or through the available chat option.
2Can I delete monitored images that I might not need to monitor anymore?
Your images are a permanent asset, so our service protects them by constantly monitoring them on the Internet. But we also know that there are images that you may no longer need or want to monitor. You are elegible to delete images 30 days after they are added to the system. Once deleted, there is not a way to restore them, they would have to be re-added by you manually.
3Why are images counted as lifetime images and don't replenish every month?
PIXMO is a monitoring service, and as such the images you upload are monitored forever until you delete them from the system. PIXMO is intended to keep track of these images, even if you are not actively using them elsewhere to ensure that no one is using them without your authorization. Of course, you can delete images every 30 days after adding them.
4Does PIXMO own any of my images I upload?
Absolutely not. We do not claim any rights to your images you upload, and do not make any money off of your content you own. We will never use or sell your owned copyright.
5How do cases work?
When you submit a case, our legal team creates a copyright infringement notice that we manually send to the infringing party. This includes a link to submit a payment for the copyright infringement, which PIXMO takes 20% if we win. If we don't win, we take nothing! As PIXMO puts in manual work to win these cases, there is no fee associated with submitting a case.
